Gluten/Allergen Free Expo: Hit List!

So, in one day I have to hit a vendor fair of over 70 companies that I'm interested in. Because of that I did a lot of research this week to make sure I hit my top interests. I thought I'd share them with you all too in case you have any information or thoughts!

    It was nice to meet you today out at the Austin Farmer's Market! I read this post and saw you commented about Subway. A few weeks back I tried their gluten-free bun at a Fort Worth location - not a good experience. I really appreciate the chain for making an attempt, but the bun was very crumbly and did not hold together well. Props to the manager who comped the sandwiches because they were just not workable. I'm a big fan of Udi's and I think Subway should consider partnering with an established GF bread maker such as that to inspire confidence in the bread. Good luck with the app!
