So, Kerbey Lane was one of those places that you went to in the middle of the night...after being downtown. However, it's usefulness has changed to me and I don't go there at 2am anymore, but for a great gluten-free brunch or meal. Their food is great and they have multiple Austin locations:

Too bad, I liked Kerby Lane before I was diagnosed
Thanks for posting! I am also aware of their liability notice. I've eaten there 10-12 times since getting diagnosed and have never had a problem. Most restaurants have something similar on their gluten-free menu but don't make it so obvious. Legally, unless they have a completely separate kitchen they can't claim fully gluten-free. I wouldn't fear it, their menu for g-free is great and they take a lot of care.
